Ok, so I realize it's been a long time since I last wrote. And yes, something life-changing and mind-altering did occur during this long blogging lapse. Scott and I married each other on November 17.
I guess I resisted the temptation to blog it because I remember finding such posts to be a little too personal for my liking when I read them in the past. Plus there was always this sense that I was doing something wrong by not being married, which was, of course, grounded in my own insecurity as opposed to reality.
So, I won't write long. But I will say this: I am thankful beyond measure or expression for the gift that is my husband. He's the best!!!! (Forgive me - I couldn't close without at least a little gushing and a multiple exclamatory.)
